The Shwapno Security System Mobile App is a native Android application designed to deliver real-time, intelligent security monitoring for Shwapno retail branches. Built with modern Android architecture and tightly integrated with IoT infrastructure, the app enables security personnel and administrators to monitor branch safety, receive instant alerts, and respond to incidents from anywhere.

The app connects with a network of motion and contact sensors installed at critical access points inside retail stores. These sensors send data to a gateway device, which forwards it to a secure cloud platform for processing. When suspicious activity is detected, the system instantly triggers alerts and delivers push notifications to authorized users via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).

Users can securely log in using JWT-based authentication and view real-time branch status, recent alerts, and detailed incident history. The app supports alarm control features such as arm/disarm scheduling, alarm acknowledgment, and horn stoppage for rapid incident response. Offline caching ensures continued usability during limited connectivity.

Designed using MVVM and Clean Architecture, the app emphasizes performance, scalability, and security.
